We prioritize the sovereignty of user data.
* **Data Location:** Services are hosted on secure infrastructure (e.g., AWS EC2) and managed using Docker containers to ensure isolation.
* **Backups:** While we implement tiered storage and regular backup protocols, users are encouraged to maintain independent copies of critical data.
* **No Third-Party Access:** Your data is not sold or shared with third-party advertisers.

* **Our Content:** All branding, logos, and custom code provided by the service are the property of the provider unless otherwise stated.
* **Open Source:** Many components of our service (such as Odoo, Nextcloud, and Stalwart) are governed by their respective open-source licenses (LGPL, AGPL, etc.). Usage of these specific components remains subject to those licenses.
